Allow me to introduce you to my friend, Rebecca Nobrega, a multimedia journalist and founder of the up and coming non-profit organization, "Aspire To Inspire".
This year has been tough for everyone with increased costs of living and none moreso than the most vulnerable in our communities. Time is running short, Rebecca and I got to talking, she said she needed a Christmas miracle to make her annual Christmas event happen and just like that, an incredible FUNdraiser for her dream was born!
This year on Friday December 16th at The Hartly, I am thrilled to be hosting the 7TH Annual Aspire To Inspire Christmas Drive! We will be raising funds and accepting donations for:
1) 100 - 300 well-stocked Christmas stockings for the homeless and family shelters that will be distributed across the city on Christmas Eve.
2) Collecting donations for fur babies at a local shelter.
3) Our 7th annual Christmas dinner for a local women's shelter. At this event, the women and their children will enjoy a warm Christmas meal, receive stockings and gifts, and have a special visit from Santa.

WHAT: Join 150 of Toronto's hottest young professionals, social scenesters and party enthusiasts as we come together to raise funds and gather donations which will go towards filling 100-300 Christmas care packages/stockings for the homeless and families in need, as well as providing donations for local animal shelters.

How Can You Help? Donations will be taken at the door ($20 cash) or an appropriate stocking stuffer which includes some of the following basic necessities: toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, hat, scarf, gloves, etc.
