OBJECTIVE​:

​

To build buzz amongst Toronto’s key influencers for Microsoft’s Windows 8 platform and the new XBOX-ONE. The challenge, to position Microsoft in a non-traditional way during the Toronto International Film Festival, while subtly aligning with the new global directive of “One” Microsoft.

SOLUTION:​

​

I created the Microsoft “Power Of One” party. An interactive evening showcasing Microsofts new technologies, while engaging journalists and influencers from Toronto’s business, philanthropic, entertainment and social circles. 

​

RESULTS:​

​

An event that hit capacity within 15 minutes of the doors opening, a complete success with the #PowerOfOne hashtag trending nationally on Twitter.
